What to cook this summer....

I recently went on a beautiful day adventure through Chuckanut Drive.  If you have never been there, I highly recommend it.  Grab your blanket and go; on the way you can stop by two very small but cute towns of Edison and Bow, pick up handmade cheese, freshly baked bread (most wonderful bakery in Edison), fresh oysters and clams from Taylor Shellfish Farm in Bow and enjoy it all on the beach at Larrabee State Park...... What fun!

I picked up extra fresh clams and was looking for a way to prepare them to go with Off The Hook Rose.  Settled for Ina Garten's Grilled Clams with Basil Breadcrumbs.  It was yummy and just perfect.  For the recipe click HERE.   Worth a try ;)
